Beware of accepting safe key & giving cash deposit. I did this and my safe key disappeared from my room, the same night from where I'd left it. Next day hotel keeps my deposit, regardless. The last day, I found safe key under sink, (not where I'd left it). I gave key back to staff and they still kept my deposit! Hotel staff over promises and under delivers!

Staff was great location was one block away from the 5th and close to the beach.

Spent Christmas at a hotel with great perks! the ocean view from my room was spectacular and the room service was prompt. With easy access to the beach and local shopping, there was never a dull moment. the hotel staff was welcoming and helpful, providing information about the best local attractions.

The hotel was overbooked, and they were unable to accommodate our reservation. We were sent to a hotel in a worse location that lacked the luxurious amenities we paid for.

The position is perfect being in 10th Avenue (one street up from 5th and you don't really want to be in 5th given noise and crush) set amongst palms and with a restful tea and coffee area...the rooms are of a good quality with air-con and a fan (you need it here) and with wonderful natural cosmetics...staff were great, the most friendly we met in Mexico...the breakfast at Hacienda Paradise (a sister hotel four short blocks away) is good value (better than most restaurants in town)...overall, we loved our stay here and believe that for Playa (which is expensive) this is excellent value as a superior tourist class hotel...

It was very small and personal. The staff was very helpful. You sort of felt like family.

During our Christmas vacation at this hotel, we enjoyed the comfortable and stylish rooms with excellent amenities such as a well-stocked minibar and quality toiletries. The hotel's prime location near the beach and numerous dining options made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the local area. the staff was helpful and friendly, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations.

We were disappointed to find that the hotel had overbooked and could not honor our reservation. We were sent to a different hotel in the same chain, which was situated in a noisy and less desirable location with fewer amenities than we had expected.

The noise from the street at night - nothing that a set of earplugs purchased from the pharmacy down the road couldn't solve (get the yellow ones)!

The position is close to everything and for being so close to the night life it was quiet to sleep, the hotel is a beautiful place to relax and a comforting and fresh place to come back to each evening

The location is just outside the crowded 5th avenue of the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the ambiance of the hotel is pleasant.

Excellent hotel, great value for money! It seems to be new because everything is so clean and organized. We loved the room service and the animal-designed towels that Rosie left for us each day. Lovely and helpful staff. Great location - not on the beach or 5th avenue so its not too noisy, but close enough for everything. Recommended!
